  • Respected Near, I am completing all the task (English Hub, Dawn Decoder, Practice MCQs, Lectures, etc.) and my score predictor is on ~900 but my streak dropped from 9 to 0. Although i completed all the task. Please resolve this issue. Dashboard is showing that i didn't attempted Quiz that's why Streak broke but i attempted approximate 100 MCQs and reviewed mistaken diary also.

Initially, the timer showed 9, but within seconds, it suddenly dropped to 2. I have also completed my daily streak, which is now 10. Today should have marked my 9th consecutive day of maintaining my English Hub streak. I am concerned that my progress might not be recorded correctly due to this technical issue. I kindly request you to look into the matter and help me resolve it. I have been making a consistent effort to maintain my streak, and I would not want it to be affected by a technical glitch. My streak was 6 days and it has incorrectly been reduced to 3 days without any missed day from my side. I am a regular and consistent user - my main streak is 9 days (Best streak), which proves I have been completing my daily target every day. This is clearly a system glitch. I have worked hard for this streak and it is very demotivating to see it drop like this. I request you to please restore my original 6-day streak at the earliest.
