Respected Nearpeer Support Team, This is Mahnoor Bhatti. I need urgent help regarding my English Hub streak. My streak was 6 days and it has incorrectly been reduced to 3 days without any missed day from my side. I am a regular and consistent user - my main streak is 9 days (Best streak), which proves I have been completing my daily target every day. This is clearly a system glitch. I have worked hard for this streak and it is very demotivating to see it drop like this. I request you to please restore my original 6-day streak at the earliest. I have attached the screenshots for your reference. I would appreciate a quick resolution as I want to continue my 10-day streak today.

Apni baar baar hone wali ghaltiyan ek notebook mein likhein. Imtihan se pehle yeh list aap ki sab se kaam ki revision hogi.

Urdu se tarjuma karne ki aadat chhorein

English mein sochne ki koshish karein. Mushkil lage to chhotay, saaf jumlay likhein, examiners ko saada aur durust English pasand aati hai.

English sunein bhi

Kuch der English news ya interviews sunein, aur unke jumlay zor se dohrayein. Is se lehja aur flow dono behtar hote hain.
