But because the day resets at midnight, the new day starts before your 24-hour streak cycle is complete. This creates a problem: even if you complete the task at exactly 12:03 AM the next day, your streak may break because the system has already reset the day at midnight, and you cannot complete the task twice within the same day to maintain it. In short, the streak system follows a calendar-day reset, while the deadline seems to follow a rolling 24-hour cycle. These two systems conflict, making it impossible to maintain a streak consistently in certain situations.
