Syed Rashid Hussain on Nearpeer CSS Common Room

Hello guys hope you all are doing well. Can anyone here kindly guide about optional subject selection in Power Batch that why are we unable to select all the 6 optionals?

Farid Shaikh · 2026-10-25T11:29:50.914Z

This is the exactly same problem which I am also facing but nott havee any solution or ideaa regarding this

Syed Rashid Hussain · 2026-10-25T11:44:36.701Z

Some compulsory subjects' selection i.e., PPSC One Paper English, MPT and one other, is fixed and cannot be changed idk why even though these are not required in CSS Written. That leaves us with only 300 marks of optionals to be selected

Syed Rashid Hussain · 2026-10-25T11:43:23.104Z

I think that is it for now. Access will be given in Iqbal or Jinnah Batch for the remaining optionals. I hope admin finds a way out for 2027 aspirants as the exams are just around the corner. Nonetheless, very commendable step from Nearpeer Management.

Score barhane ka tareeqa
Apna English Readiness barhane ke liye English Hub mein roz ka workout mukammal karein. Roz sirf 7 minute. Maqsad hai 96+ (abhi 96 points door).
Aapka score kaise banta hai?
Nearpeer par aap jo bhi English likhte ya practice karte hain, woh record hota hai aur aapke English Readiness mein contribute karta hai. Jitni behtar English, utna behtar score.
English Hub practiceRoz ka workout, Mistake Hunter, vocabulary, reading aur games mein aapke sahi aur ghalat jawab.
Videos ke neeche likhe jawabLecture ke short written questions ke aapke jawab: grammar, spelling aur punctuation.
Common Room ki postsAapke sentences ki banawat aur sahi English.
Live lectures ki chatTeachers se chat mein aapki likhi hui English.
Naye jawab ka asar ziyada hota hai, purani galtiyon ka asar waqt ke saath kam hota jata hai, lekin unka record hamesha mehfooz rehta hai. Maqsad: 96+.
English Itni Zaroori Kyun Hai?
Sirf Essay aur Precis hi nahi, CSS ka har paper English mein likha jata hai. Examiners aap ko pass karne ki nahi, fail karne ki wajah dhoondte hain, aur ek chhoti si grammar ya expression ki ghalti unhe woh wajah de sakti hai. Is liye English ka mazboot hona sab se zaroori hai.
English Kaise Behtar Karein?
1
English Hub mein roz practice karein
Roz ka 7 minute ka workout mukammal karein: word of the day, grammar, Mistake Hunter aur fix the sentence. Yeh sab se tez tareeqa hai score barhane ka.
2
Rozana akhbar parhein
Dawn ka front page aur ek editorial har roz parhein. Parhte waqt woh jumlay note karein jo aap ko achay lagein.
3
Akhbar ke expressions apne alfaaz mein likhein
Editorial ka ek acha jumla chunein, usay copy nahi, apne alfaaz mein dobara likhein. Isi tarah naye expressions aap ki apni zaban ban jate hain.
4
Dosto se English mein baat karein
Roz kam az kam 10 minute dost ke saath English mein guftagu karein. Ghalti ho to ghabrayein nahi, bolna hi sab se tez seekhne ka tareeqa hai.
5
Rozana naye words seekhein
Har din 5 naye words seekhein aur har ek ko apne jumle mein istemal karein. Sirf maani yaad karne se word yaad nahi rehta.
6
Roz thoda likhein, phir khud check karein
Har roz ek chhota paragraph ya precis likhein. Agle din usay dobara parhein aur apni grammar aur expression ki ghaltiyan khud dhoondein.
7
Ghaltiyon ki copy rakhein
Apni baar baar hone wali ghaltiyan ek notebook mein likhein. Imtihan se pehle yeh list aap ki sab se kaam ki revision hogi.
8
Urdu se tarjuma karne ki aadat chhorein
English mein sochne ki koshish karein. Mushkil lage to chhotay, saaf jumlay likhein, examiners ko saada aur durust English pasand aati hai.
9
English sunein bhi
Kuch der English news ya interviews sunein, aur unke jumlay zor se dohrayein. Is se lehja aur flow dono behtar hote hain.
